Very helpful and super kind

I was given a lot of information about my condition and upcoming surgery, so I feel very comfortable with my decision to proceed with surgery. The doctor was personable, informative, and let me ask questions without pressure to have the surgery.

Dr Kirkendall explained my surgery very well and the portal has great details needed for surgery and pre op. His Nurse answers promptly on the portal.

Bedside manner needs work. 

Dr K is great and I specifically went back to him for this problem after he solved the last one and the one before that.

He answered my questions. He never took the time to explain my condition, talk about my pain level or suggest things to help me in dealing with the the issue.

Dr. took care of my issue immediately!

Dr. Kirkendall was easy to speak with and explained everything

This was a followup from surgery. Usually, with other doctors, it's just a quick in and out appt where they mainly check your incision. But Dr Kirkendal asked detailed questions. I was very impressed.

They are great and very good at taking care of me, and looking to make sure I was ok and did not need anything.

Dr. Kirkendal remembered me and seemed familiar with my history. (It had been about 4 years since my last visit). That was impressive to me.
