Flowers and Gifts

Flowers and other gifts may be delivered directly to patient rooms by visitors or may be left at the hospital's main reception desk. We will gladly see that these are promptly delivered to the patient's room.

Flowers and live plants may not be delivered to patients in the surgical or post-anesthesia recovery area. However, they can be held for you for delivery once you reach your inpatient room.

Lost and Found

Patients and Visitors are encouraged to leave all valuables at home. If you would like to make a claim, please call the facility where your care was provided (Quail Creek - 354-6100 or Panhandle - 212-0247).

Parking

Patients and visitors can use the hospitals parking lot. The hospital is not responsible for any theft or damage that may occur in the parking lot, please do not leave any valuables in your car.

Security Measures

Physicians Surgical Hospitals are monitored by video surveillance.

Smoking Policy

In order to promote good health practices, provide a safe and healthy environment, and in compliance with Texas State Law, no tobacco products are to be used on any Physicians Surgical Hospitals campus.

Visiting Hours

Normal visiting hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Each patient can have two visitors at a time including children over two years old. For the security of our patients the hospital’s main entrance is locked at 5 p.m. each day. Please use the designated visitor entrance after 5.p.m.

If you have any symptoms of an infectious disease please consult a nurse regarding visitation.

Physicians Surgical Hospitals are happy to accommodate overnight visitations by family members. Please discuss any overnight visitation plans with a nurse prior to your visit.
