Prior to your surgery, 3D diagnostic images will be taken of your anatomy to create an individualized surgical plan, including the correct size, orientation and alignment needed for your implants.

During your operation, your surgeon will use your individualized plan to guide the arms of the MAKO robot for precise implant placement. Your surgical team will be monitoring the surgery and can make any needed adjustments to the plan.
